About Me

I’m Heather, a trained coach, educator, and pleasure advocate. You might be surprised to learn that I spent 19 years of my adult life running from pleasure and intimacy. I didn’t date, didn’t have sex… I essentially stopped living. At 40, I finally admitted that I was miserable. So, I started a new journey. I downloaded dating apps, had some casual sex, tried non-monogamy, fell in love then fell apart, struggled with a very frustrating combination of high desire and low arousal and scoured the books and my soul for answers. I’m not a great coach because I have a perfect sex life and all the answers. I’m a great coach because I know how frustrating and messy the work can be and how beautiful the rewards are.

I’m proud to offer my clients a unique perspective that is true to my way of relating and belief that we can talk about sex in a way that is joyful and fun. I bring playfulness to each session while also holding space for those difficult moments of deep feelings. Whether we’re breathing through the pain of shame or giggling over that new thing you’re finally ready to try, I welcome all of you with acceptance and awe.
